REPRESENTATIVE TOWN MEETING NOTICE

REVISED TO CHANGE MEETING START TIME

All Representative Town Meeting members and inhabitants of the Town of Westport are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Representative Town Meeting members will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m 6pm. for the purposes listed below. There is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically.

SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR THIS ELECTRONIC MEETING:

There will not be a physical location for this meeting. This meeting will be held electronically and live streamed on westportct.gov and shown on Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020.  Meeting materials will be available at westportct.gov along with the meeting notice posted on the Meeting List & Calendar page.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:

Members of the Westport electorate attending the meeting by telephone or video may comment on any agenda item.  Comments will be limited to 3 minutes.

Emails may be sent to RTMmailinglist@westportct.gov, which goes to all RTM members. These emails will not be read aloud during the meeting.

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Town of Westport and Local 1303-194, Parks & Rec., Council #4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO for the period covering July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, and to appropriate the sum of $_______ to the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget.
