LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 31, 2023 and August 7, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 125 Compo Road South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11769-23 by Franco Iannone on behalf of Kim Ebbeson for a pool, patio, mechanicals and drainage.
2. 7 Cross Brook Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11775-23 by Tim Wallis for a fence.
3. 125 Kings Highway North:Application #WPL/E-117776-23 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of 728 Willows LLC/ WC Ocala FL LLC to remove portion of parking lot and add new areas.
4. 9 Bluewater Hill Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11780-23 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Chris Chiapparelli for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
