LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 10 and July 17, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 3 Snowflake Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11766-23 by Justin Giorlando on behalf of Paul Ledenko to legalize 2 staggered retaining walls along the driveway.
2. 57 Evergreen Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11768-23 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of Genevieve Freedman, Trustee for an ADU above the garage, sewer, grading changes, retaining wall, interior renovations, garage addition, deck, terrace, and drainage.
3. 29 Narrow Rocks Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11771-23 by Yvonne Ferris on behalf of Yoni Ginor for a fence.
4. 17 Morningside Drive South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11772-23 by the Town of Westport for a gazebo.
5. 170 Riverside Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11773-23 by the Town of Westport for a shed and pavilion. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
