The RTM Finance, RTM Public Works and the RTM Library, Museum & Arts Committees will meet jointly on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 7:30PM. Pursuant to Substitute House Bill 5269 as amended by House Amendment Schedule "A", there is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically.

Agenda

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Westport Library Executive Director, to approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $320,000 for the fiscal year 2022-23 to cover medical claims for the Westport Library.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Board of Finance and a request by the Director of Public Works, to approve an Appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000.00 along with bond and note authorization, to the Sewer Reserve Fund Account for upgrades to Pump Station #8 (Nyala Farms Road).

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation in the amount of $440,000 along with bond and note authorization, to the Capital Non-Recurring Fund Account for re-construction of the Parsell Public Works Center Pavement.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $300,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the replacement of the 2008 Elgin Pelican Sweeper.

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $225,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the purchase of a Trackless MT7 Multipurpose machine.

    

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $172,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the purchase of a John Deere 5105M 4WD Tractor.

    

7. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $562,500 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the creation of a Town-wide Safe Street for All (SS4A), Action Plan.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve an appropriation of $260,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the Preliminary Engineering Services for Center Street and Greens Farms Road Bridges.
