Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 12, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 18 Cranbury Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11717-23 by Michael Gulick on behalf of Arvind Rangaraj for a tennis court.
2. 4 Wheeler Gate:Application #AA,WPL/E-11758-23 by Franco Iannone on behalf of Erion & Iris Cano for a pool, hot tub, patio, terrace, wall, drainage and mechanicals.
3. 1595 Post Road East:Application #AA,WPL/E-11759-23 by David Ginter, PE of Redniss & Mead Inc. on behalf of Delamar Westport LLC for the demolition of the front building and construction of a 3-story addition to the rear building, new parking, patios, walkways, and associated site improvements.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
