1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2023, Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Michael Kronick, Fire Chief, retroactive to June 1, 2023, with a 75% Joint & Survivor Annuity benefit.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Lynn Scully, Internal Finance Auditor, for July 1, 2023, with a 100% Joint & Life Survivor Annuity.
