7:00 pm   RTM Ordinance Committee

1. To review and make a recommendation on the proposed amendment to Chapter 34 – Fire Prevention and Protection, of the Town Code of Ordinances, adding Article III – Fire Marshal Fee Schedule.
2. To review and make a recommendation on the proposed amendment to Appendix C of the Town Code of Ordinances, adopting a fee for Fire Marshal review of construction documents in the amount of $5 per $1000 of estimated costs, for commercial buildings and residential buildings of three or more dwelling units.

1. To discuss and make a recommendation to the RTM on the proposed ordinance creating a Westport Fair Rent Commission

    

   Immediately following      RTM Health and Human Services Committee

    

1. Upon the request of the Human Services Director, to approve applicants to the Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program pursuant to CGS 12-630aa et seq.
