LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on December 6, 2023: 

  I. PUBLIC HEARING 

1. 9 Murvon Court / WPL-11845-23; APPROVED. Application of Shaun Stuer, to lift an existing single-family dwelling to meet FEMA standards, and to construct an addition and driveway expansion. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.

    

2. 5 Sea Spray Road / WPL-11846-23; APPROVED. Application of Bryan Nesteriak to demolish an existing single-family dwelling, and construct a new single-family dwelling, driveway, walkways, and deck. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River. 

Decisions, applications, and plans may be inquired into by contacting the Public Works Office at (203) 341-1120, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
