2. GRANTED: 60 Clapboard Hill Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00278 submitted by R.I. Pools, Inc., for property owned by Tovah Haim and Ronak Shah, to permit additional fill outside of the excavation and fill exemption limit, for a property in the Residence AAA District, #PID H07043000.
