2. 3. GRANTED: 41 Charcoal Hill Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00099 submitted by Brian Nesteriak of B&B Engineering, for property owned by Ben and Angela Gibson, to permit additional fill outside of the excavation and fill exemption limit, for property located in the Residence AAA district, PID# E16045000. 
4. GRANTED: 41 Wright Street: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00051 submitted by Caroline Church De Lasa, for property owned by Frank Zmuda, to authorize non-exempt excavation and fill activities, for property located in the Residence AA district, PID# C09043000.
