LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
DECEMBER 13, 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
November 15, 2023 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 9 Murvon Court: Application #WPL-11845-23 by Shaun Stuer to elevate residence to FEMA compliance, construct a small addition and driveway expansion, reduce the impervious coverage and add plantings. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
