REPRESENTATIVE TOWN MEETING NOTICE

SECOND REVISION- TO ADD ITEM #4
All Representative Town Meeting members and inhabitants of the Town of Westport are hereby notified that a meeting of the Representative Town Meeting members will be held at Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave. in the auditorium on December 5, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. for the purposes listed below. If necessary, the meeting shall reconvene on Tuesday December 19, 2023, to deal with any agenda items not disposed of at the adjournment of the December 5, 2023, meeting.
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to elect a Moderator of the Representative Town Meeting.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to elect a Deputy Moderator of the Representative Town Meeting.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Flood & Erosion Control Board and the Conservation Commission, to approve the WPLO application #WPL-11805-23 submitted by the Town of Westport, Department of Public Works, to revise the existing roadway and parking lot, build sidewalks, a riverfront boardwalk, and park areas, and to relocate trash and recycling dumpsters within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River. ITEM POSTPONED TO A FUTURE MEETING
4. New member orientation to discuss Freedom of Information Act, committee assignments and RTM procedures.
