REVISED LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a work session at 6:30 p.m. and a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in Town Hall Room 102 for the following purposes:
WORK SESSION
- To review and comment on a pre-application for proposed modifications to the front façade at 10 Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
PUBLIC HEARING
- To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the April 10, 2012 public hearing.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated April 26, 2012 for the replacement of all windows at 69 Kings Highway North.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 207 Hillspoint Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 1 Webb Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 23 Rayfield Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 6 Bumble Bee Lane.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 108 Long Lots Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 29 Marine Avenue.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 7 Pumpkin Hill.
