LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 in Town Hall Room 201for the following purposes:
1. To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
2. To approve the minutes of the March 13, 2012 public hearing, the March 14, 2012 work session, and the March 23, 2012 special meeting.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated March 26, 2012 for the installation of a proposed pool fence at 44 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated March 26, 2012 for the removal of the left and right rear overhang on house and garage, the proposed modifications to the garage, and the installation of a courtyard at 44 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated March 29, 2012 for the proposed replacement of windows and some trim and the replacement of two doors on the detached garage at 44 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated March 20, 2012 for the installation of fencing around a small raised garden and screening at 24 Evergreen Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated April 2, 2012 for the restoration/replacement of the studio window at 38 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated April 2, 2012 for the replacement of a fence at 9 Wild Rose Road located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated April 2, 2012 for the replacement of specific windows at 9 Washington Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 3 Laurel Lane.
11. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 79 Richmondville Avenue.
12. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 66 Hillandale Road.
13. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 21 Partrick Road.
14. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 158 Compo Road South identified on the Historic Resources Inventory as the Dr. Joseph Brennan/Patrick Troy House c. 1907.
