LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 4, 2012 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 40 Harbor Road/Application WPL #8976-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Mattera Construction Co., LLC for the demolition of an existing residence and the construction of a new residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 8 Imperial Landing/Application WPL #8991-11; WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT Application of Barr Associates for the installation of a boat dock. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 27 Wilton Road/Application WPL #8992-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Redniss & Mead for the construction of a third level to an existing parking garage and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
