1. To approve minutes from the August 18, 2020 meeting

    

2. 276 Post Road West

   To review and comment on the proposed free-standing signage at 276 Post Road West (Parcel ID# B08//042/000) submitted by Chris Peters for property owned by GA Family 276 Westport LLC located in the Corporate Park District zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

3. 5 Post Road West

   To review and comment on the proposed replacing steel door with glass window at 5 Post Road West (Parcel ID# C09//118/000) submitted by Alon Panovka for property owned by Ansley Westport Riverside LLC located in the General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

4. 355 Riverside Avenue

   To review and comment on the proposed ground signs, wall sign and window sign at 355 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C07//006/000) submitted by Halloran & Sage LLP for property owned by 877 285 & 355 Riverside LLC and Baywater Properties located in the General Business District and Residential A zones. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

   To review and comment on the proposed ground signage at 1365 Post Road East (Parcel ID# G09//104/000) submitted by Redniss & Mead for property owned by AP 1365 Post Rd E Westport LP and Asana Partners LP located in the General Business District zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

6. 42 Railroad Place

To review and comment on the proposed signage at 42 Railroad Place (Parcel ID# B05//098/000) submitted by Rhonda Eleish – Eleish Van Breems for property owned by Hanes Realty Corp. located in the General Business District zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the Notice and Agenda and application materials for Architectural Review Board hearing on September 22, 2020 cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
