Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 10, 2011, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED AND ADOPTED: Amendment 594, Appl. #09-039 and Stipulation for Judgment in case entitled Ann C. Gill, Edward B. Gill et al, v. Planning and Zoning Commission, Docket No. FST-CV-09-5012498 S for lighted athletic fields on Town owned property, based on Planning and Zoning Resolution #09-039. Effective: January 16, 2012
The above items were approved/granted/adopted and are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
