LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
DECEMBER 14, 2011
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its December 14, 2011 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 5 River Lane: Application # IWW/M-8946-11 by Bernard Pellegrino, Esq. on behalf of Mark Graham to amend wetland boundary map #C12.
2. 15 Island Way: Application #WPL-8954-11 by John Watkins for the partial demolition and reconstruction of a single family residence, the addition of a 2-car garage and removal of a shed. The site is wholly within the WPLO area and the 25-year floodplain of the Saugatuck River.
Application, plans, and decision may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
