1) Review the Request to add a Wakeman Town Farm Account.
2) Discuss the request to adopt a GASB 54 Fund balance Policy.
3) Discuss and Approve a request by the Library Director for an appropriation of $76,000 to the Library Board Account 10107750-586000 to cover the salaries increase negotiated with library bargaining units effective July 1, 2011.
4) Discuss other organizational committee matters for the year.
