LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA


Notice is hereby given that the Westport Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 307 for the following purpose:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the
September 15, 2011 meeting of the Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to hear the retirement request of Nadine Schwab, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to
July 1, 2011.
