Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 28, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 4 Aspetuck Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8971-11 by Edward Raice for a generator.
2. 35 Tamarac Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8973-11 by Greg Slowik for a generator.
3. 7 Feather Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8974-11 by Pools by Murphy & Sons, Inc. on behalf of Matt & Wendy Siegel to construct an inground swimming pool, patio, fence and mechanicals.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
