Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To review and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission for proposed modifications to the main structure and the construction of a separate two-car garage for Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 at 38 Woodside Avenue
2. To review and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission for proposed signage design and placement at 101-107 Post Road East located in the BCD/H District.
