LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 20, 2011, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- GRANTED: Kings Highway South, Appl. #11-050 by Birchwood Country Club, c/o John Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Birchwood Country Club for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for an addition to existing clubhouse and outdoor patio in a Res AA zone, PID #B07044000.
The above items were approved/granted/adopted and are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
