LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 45 Reichert Circle:  ZBA Appl. #7683 by Fred and Marci Caporizzo, for property owned by Fred and Marci Caporizzo for setbacks and coverage for a shed, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12141000.


2. 20 Bay Street:  ZBA Appl. #7684 by Phil Cerrone, Architect, for property owned by 20 Bay Street Property, LLC DBA ACM Realty for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new front porch and replace existing ramp and stairs, for property located in a RPOD/VDO zone, PID #C09155000.


3. 19 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19 Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an A/C unit in setback and for modification of non-conforming coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000.


4. 24 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7687 by Stephen G. Walko, Esq., for property owned by Westport Realty & Development, LLC for an appeal of a decision of the Planning and Zoning Department not to enforce a Zoning Violation, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03084000.


5. 201 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7686 by Mel Barr of Barr Assoc. LLC, for property owned by Belden Place, LLC for a modification to previously approved ZBA Appl. #7540 to permit new construction of Building A in the setbacks and maintain the previously approved variances of ZBA Appl. #7540, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10091000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
