Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 201/201A of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes:


1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of May 9, 2018.


2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request for a NO PARKING ANYTIME sign in the area of 399 Greens Farms Road.


3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request for parking spaces on the north side of Church Lane currently designated as a loading zone be changed to 2 hour parking, and further, that the three parking spaces on the south side of Church Lane be designated as a loading zone for a specific period of time, then revert to 2-hour parking. 


4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Amendment to the Contract between the Town of Westport and Tighe and Bond, dated October 4, 2017, as it relates to providing engineering and inspections services for Sanitary Sewer Contract 71.


5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Finance Director, to approve the Auditing Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and RSM US, LLP as it relates to performing the Town audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.


6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to accept the petition from 10 homeowners of properties fronting Hillspoint Road, seeking to bury overhead utilities within the public Right-of-Way; and further, to authorize the Director of Public Works to seek approval from the Board of Finance and the Representative Town Meeting for appropriation and bond authorization of the proposed project.
