LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 7, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 92 Harbor Road/Application WPL #8858-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Keith B. Neilson, P.E. for modifications to an existing fixed pier and floating dock. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 25 Ford Road/Application IWW/WPL #8880-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. for activities related to the installation of a membrane liner and general site remediation. Work is within the WPLO setback and 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 2 Lyndale Park/Application IWW/WPL #8832-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Vadim A. Kovshov for the legalization of a stone wall and for corrections to existing drainage and erosion deficiencies. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
4. 11 Great Marsh Road/ Application WPL #8889-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the demolition of a single family residence, site regarding, expansion of an existing beach and associated improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
5. 157 Riverside Avenue/ Application WPL #8891-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates, LLC for the demolition of a single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
