Notice is hereby given that the Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 8:45 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 309, for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2011 meeting of the Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Stanley Bajerski, terminated/vested Library employee, to retire effective retroactive to 09/01/2011 with a 100% Joint & Survivor and Life Annuity pension benefit option.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Loretta
Hallock, Town Personnel Assistant, to retire November 1, 2011 with a 66 2/3 Joint & Survivor and
Life Annuity pension benefit option.
