LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 178A Hillspoint Road:  ZBA Appl. #7620 by Brad Miller for property owned by Brad Miller for a variance for coverage for existing driveway, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E05045000.


2. 1 Hickory Hill Road:  ZBA Appl. #7612 by Gary Garrison for property owned by Gary Garrison for setbacks and coverage for existing structures and for existing accessory structure over 300 square feet and more than two water fixtures used as an office, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11052000.


3. 233 Hillspoint Raod:  ZBA Appl. #7629 by 233 LLC, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 233 LLC, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04107000.


4. 7 Evergreen Parkway:  ZBA Appl. #7635 by Giyora Eiger and Shira Landskroner-Eiger for property owned by Giyora Eiger and Shira Landskroner-Eiger  for a variance for coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10052000.


5. 12 Woods Grove Road:  ZBA Appl. #7625 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by Domenico and Daniela Antonelli for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition and for existing screen porch and deck, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C11090000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
