NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen and Bond Committee of the Town of Westport will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 4 p.m. in the First Selectman’s Office of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose:
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine in connection with the tax exempt lease purchase financing in the amount of $6,715,000 payable over a period not to exceed nine years with final maturity of July 1, 2026 to fund certain costs associated with the Town’s Energy Savings Initiative.
