Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 8:45 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 102 for the following purposes:
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the April 6, 2011 meeting of the Municipal Employees Pension Board
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to accept the resignation of Board Member Eileen Ahern, representative of the Westport Association of Educational Secretaries, and to accept the appointment of Diana Christiano as Eileen’s replacement.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Charles Klein, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to May 1, 2011 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity monthly benefit.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Judith Edmonds, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to July 1, 2011 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity monthly benefit.
