Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 12 noon in Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a waiver of the Policy on Encroachments on Town Property as relates to the reconstruction of an existing stone wall located at 64 Turkey Hill Road South, contingent upon compliance with tow engineer letter of June 1, 2011.
