LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board will hold their regularly scheduled quarterly meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 8:45 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 102, for the following purposes:
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the October 5, 2011 meeting of the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the 2012-2013 meeting schedule for the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Delbert Layne, Board of Education employee, to retire effective 02/01/2012 with a pension benefit option to be presented at this meeting.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Anne Reuter, Westport Public Library employee, to retire effective retroactive to January 1, 2012, with a 66 2/3 Joint and Survivor and Life Annuity pension benefit.
