- Westport Juvenile Review Board - a community-based diversion program that offers first-time juvenile offenders the opportunity to be heard in front of a panel of community stakeholders as an alternative to referral to juvenile court.
- Family With Service Needs (FWSN) Referrals - Contact Youth Services Program Director
- Mentor Program - A Community adult serves as friend, guide and role model for school-age child
- Toquet Hall Teen Center - supervised drug & alcohol-free gathering place for teens located in Downtown Westport
- Community Service Corps - community service program for middle school students
- Student Outreach Counselor Program - The Town of Westport contracts with two agencies to provide services and supports to local students under the Outreach Counselor program. The Teen Talk Counselor from Kids in Crisis, provides free and confidential counseling services to students and families coping with mental health related issues. A Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) from Liberation Programs offers counseling services to students who are struggling with substance use disorders; services offered through both self-referrals and referrals from staff personnel as needs are identified.
